A lifting program designed to increase an individual's overall strength through a variety of power, Olympic, and other basic movements. Although body aesthetics can be a result of this program through pairing with proper nutrition, the primary goal is to get as strong as possible, as quick as possible. The total time commitment to training is 5 days a week for roughly 30 minutes to an hour.
